We believe that great food and drink are made even better when you keep it casual.

We’ve loved Subiaco since we were in short pants; its patchwork of leafy parks, historic buildings and hidden gems. Dilly Dally is made for the suburb and city we love, making Rokeby Road Perth’s regular place to rock up, eat well and relax.

You might spot a few familiar faces around here. With the team from Lalla Rookh involved, we’ve got a strong pedigree, but with a personality all of our own. We’re a high-spirited crew with a love of good food, stellar wine and tinkering to make the ultimate playlist (usually involving some Tom Waits).

We take the venue seriously so you don’t have to. Whether you’re dropping by for a drink or dining at length, whatever the occasion, we ensure it’s a bang on experience time and again.

Head Chef Peter Hajdu regularly reinvents our Italian-inspired menu to suit the best of the season.

Think pizzas, housemade pasta and share plates large and small. Equally comfortable for grazing, full meals or a five-course chef’s selection, our dishes are casual and easy, executed with an attention to detail. We move with mother nature, changing ingredients and what’s on offer to make the most of seasonal produce at its best.
